Does customer have an possibility to open a video file that he or she has bought from more than one computer while license is still valid? We have limited the use of computers by an account to two, but customers are unable to open decrypted video from second computer.

Yes, it is possible. They just need to get a new license on the second computer before they want to open them. One license can only be used on one computer, so when they want to open on another PC, they have to get a new license. So, if you allow them to do this, you can sell them two license with one license price. Then let them decide how to use them.
