Yes, it's very easy to carry this model out by DRM-X. All that you need to do is to encrypt the Video and PDF file with the same Profile. Then the user just needs to get one license for opening them both.

For example, you use Profile A to protect PDF1 and Video1 and then sell them to a user. When the user opens the PDF1, he will be asked to acquire a license for opening it. After he gets the license, he can open both PDF1 and Video1. For they were encrypted by the same Profile - ProfileA. In the same way, you can create a new profile, ProfileB for example, to protect PDF2 and Video2. Then the user needs to get a new license for playing them. He cannot use the license of PDF1 and Video1 to open PDF2 and Video2. For they are encrypted by different Profile.

We want to be able to charge people for a monthly or annual license for access to our site, and for them to have access during that period to all the documents (PDFs) we have secured using DRM-X.
