Do I need to get license again if ……by mistake? 1 Year ago

Let's assume that license discussed later does is unlimited. Suppose that I download an encryped video file into my hard disk. Then I use Universal Player to log in into DRM-X and purchase a
license for the file. The video opens and my account is debited with the price of the purchase. The video is decrypted and it plays ok. Then the file is accidentally deleted or otherwise gets corrupted, that is I can not use it.
I go and download the file to the same computer again, and replay it with Universal Player. The Universal Player opens decryption window and I as the user provide my login credentials.
At this stage I get a little confused, so please explain which of the following is true:
*Whether *the DRM-X login system acknowledges that I already have bought the license and the DRM-X therefore provides me the license to decrypt the video again (because limitation issues are excluded at this example)
*Or *The DRM-X considers this as a new purchase and my account is debited again. If the latter is true, it is rather unclear to me as the provider and also to my clients.

The answer to the question below is this:
*Whether *the DRM-X login system acknowledges that I already have bought the license and the DRM-X therefore provides me the license to decrypt the video again (because limitation issues are excluded at this example)
That means that the clients don't need to get a new license if they delete the videos by mistake or the videos are broken. The license that they got before can still be used for the new videos the downloaded. Although the videos are broken or deleted, but the license is still on their computer and valid.
